Today the April Release is available in the store. The cloud stamp and "whiskers on kittens" sentiment is from the new set Rainbows and Roses. I used Upper and Lower Alphas to create the rest of the sentiment. I really love the Paper Sweeties Alphas - they are just the right size to create my own sentiments.
