Regina has a cute wellies cut file at The Cutting Cafe. They remind me of my daughter, Lauren, who runs around (dances?) in them when it's raining.
I can just see her twirling in the rain - when she was little and now, too! I was happy to see those little flowers when I opened this file - they are so sweet. Be sure to go to The Cutting Cafe blog to see more ideas using rainboots. Next time is rains, think about dancing (or twirling) and see if it doesn't make you as happy as sunshine!

How cute are these. I just adore this project. When I was a pre-school teacher every now and then we would have a little one wear a pair of rain boots. It always made me laugh. We get almost no rain here in the desert. But they are so cute, I could just hear them telling there mom that they had to have them.
