Yesterday, Dennis and I went out to my parents for Father's Day lunch. Mom had two of my favorites: deviled eggs and cornbread pudding! It was so nice to talk and laugh with them. (The only thing that could have made it better was if Lauren had been there too!)
My mom and dad live on a small lake, so even though it was too hot to go outside, the water was so pretty. Dennis was surprised the lake was so full as dry as it's been. Mom and Dennis got into a conversation about wells and time allotted to use it....
This image is from Digital Antiques. Love the vintage baseball player. Inside the card says: "To a Champion Dad - Happy Father's Day!" I hope your weekend has been wonderful, too!

It's your fault that every time anyone mentions wanting to ride their bike, I break out into "I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride my biiiike...." Yeah, "anyone" is mostly Paul. Why doesn't he just ride the damn bike and stop talking about it?!
