I so wanted to do at least one more Halloween project with The Cutting Cafe file Halloween Around. This little owl is darling! I had a special request for a Halloween Owl tag and I knew just where to get the perfect image! I also used the scallop circle cutting file (love it!). I colored and popped up the owl and added lots of ribbon and a cute felt flower..JPG)
